We both slept well. Back at the hospital now and the drip is dripping. Hoping for some progress in a little bit.

Well, baby’s still in there and it’s off to bed. Looks like tomorrow’s GO TIME!

Well the gel got something going. Maybe overnight as we’ve decided to ride this out at home where Kat can take a warm bath and partake in a tasty quarter chicken dinner.

Back at the hospital. Kat’s experiencing some discomfort. Waiting for another assessment by the giny doc shortly…

After a delicious lunch at the brother-in-law’s we’re back home. Everyone is resting until we must return to the hospital in 2 1/2 hours. I’ve just delivered my crud child and to my surprise it’s neither boy nor girl but something dark coloured and foul smelling. I believe it’s what Dan Zammit would call ‘shit.’ Update: It turned out to be shit twins. Who knew? Your browser does not support the audio element.

I was induced with bacon about 10 minutes ago and expect to be going into poo labour in about an hour. It feels like it’s a poo girl.

Still no progress. Have to go back to the hospital for 5. Eating bacon and trying to nap until then. As for Kat, I’m gonna have her change the oil in my car.

Gel is in. Let’s hope this starts something. In other news, I’m a bit parched and could use a burger.

No news. Well, I just peed if that counts, but I’m sure it doesn’t.
